Luca was born in Milan, Italy. Grown up inspired by a country that brims with architectural wonders, he was seasoned by the Italian tradition of understanding beauty and art.

He did his bachelor studies in Politecnico of Milan Italy. He took his Master degree in the beautiful Lisbon, capital of Portugal. After working for a Portuguese firm, he took on a leadership role in China. From there he moved to Philippines, where he lead a team of architects in one of the world’s top 100 architecture firms. After being hired as a Creative Director in one of the leading real estate companies of Bali, Indonesia, he decided to start his own firm.

By living and practicing in the tropics, Luca found himself immersed in its unique climate properties and the expressive design guidelines of the Tropical Architecture. The tropical-tectonic language of his projects, allied to the use of natural materials, result in a timeless design aesthetic and a delicate interpretation of Bali’s beautiful landscape:

“I aim at working at the edge of vernacular and contemporary, trying to reflect local realities and experiencing people’s daily life. Turning these experiences into projects is the result of a constant intellectual quest and a close relationship with my clients”.
